Liverpool John Moores University currently conduct medical research on campus using live animals for testing. We are petitioning to stop this. 

At this given moment, every student paying tuition fees to Liverpool John Moores is also unknowingly supporting cruel animal testing. Although it may be legal and regulated, it is most certainly not ethical. 

We the students are embarrassed to fund an institution with such dated procedures - as animal testing has been proven not to translate to humans in any way for effective results.

It is not only cruel, but scientifically invalid and therefore unjustified.
