We have a cat rescue centre in Walton Liverpool , currently we don't have any outside access for the cats to enjoy. 

Our ideas are for our flat roof to be reinforced and an enclosure erected to allow the cats to go outdoors safely . This would include a covered perimeter with roof to allow sunlight and air to benefit so many rescue cats. We would also require a door for access ,from the first floor kitchen area with a shutter for protection at night  .
