Yesterday after coming home from work I received a letter in the mail from another concerned educator with questions wanting to be answered. This educator did exactly what I asked and mailed the letter with no return address or name. So I can say I have no idea who sent this, but what I can do is bring this letter to the public’s attention so that maybe they will get the answers they want. Teachers and staff please keep up the good work and continue to send your concerns to me and I will post them in my updates for all to see so that your questions can be asked. The following letter I received reads as follows: Another Incompetent Principal Why is it that some principals get a pass and others don’t? The principal at Forest Park Middle School is incompetent. Ms. Pondant, the districts secondary curriculum director, has literally moved her office to FPMS along with all the specialists to take over this school. If the principal cannot do her job. Why is she there? How many individuals wish they had an entourage of people to do their job that they are getting paid to do? How can the district director serve the district and she has literally become principal at Forest Park Middle School? So maybe there is some people out there who feel the same way at FPMS. Would there be someone out there that is in administration that can answer this question? I know you each read my posts so now it is time for the teachers to hear your answers. If we can communicate with one another and answer the employees concerns you can help LISD be a better work environment. So LISD administration it is your time to quit just reading my posts and answer the questions you have ignored for years. The ball is in your court and by not responding to this with an answer shows the community you do not care about your teachers and staffs concerns. Every post I write when submitted goes directly to Dr. Wilcox so now you all know if no response is given then your part time superintendent doesn’t care about LISD. I challenge a response!
