So we have all heard the great news that assistant superintendent Andrea Mayo has resigned. She is just one of the many that need to step away from our district. I will continue my fight to eliminate the corruption in our district. Although one is gone we still need to eliminate Dr. Wilcox. Over the summer please do not forget that we are still in a battle to help our teachers, staff and children. Continue to question our board about the problems our schools face every year. Change is coming you can see it. We now have a new member of the board who wants to bring positive change to our district, and now Andrea Mayo is gone. This shows that we the LISD community are tired of our board members and superintendents open ended promises that never get fixed. Please keep in mind our special education department and the struggles they face with no help from the ESC. Remember the many laws that have been broken that are being hidden from us the community every day. The degrading manner in which the ESC treats our teachers and staff. District 1 election is a long way away, but I still have the power with your help to make LISD great again. For many years we the community have just sat on the sidelines letting our board and administration run our schools into the ground. Now it is our job to fix what is wrong and corrupt in our district. I can see now DR. Mack president of the school board with his finger in the hole of a leaking dam telling the community everything is great, but we all know that eventually the dam of deception will break, and the mighty will fall. Talk to our current teachers during the summer ask them about the problems they face on a daily basis, and speak for them, that is our job. Dr. Wilcox I ask you once again to step down and follow the example of Andrea Mayo. You are not wanted in our district anymore. LISD school board do the job you were elected to do. The people have spoken your reputation is tarnished with the failures this man has done to our district. Most people who are on our board don’t care how our district is running, they only listen to what they are told by administration. Get out from behind the table, go to the schools in your district and talk to you staff and teachers. Most of you are using being a board member as a status. Camp, Murray, and Simmons we don’t care about your successes in life, or the popularity you have in the community because of your last name. And just to inform you guys, look into the history of Longview and most of the property sold to the city. You will find my family there, if you want to play that card, but my social status in the community means nothing. My children’s education means everything. Please help and support our students, teachers, and staff. Let’s make LSID great again. Please continue to share my message with the community and support a better LISD. I will still continue to ask for signatures on this petition until we are being listened too. Teachers I understand you were told not to sign any petitions, so please have friends in the district sign for you. I promise that we will make a change, and I promise not to give in.
