Have you ever invested time, money and energy into something to just be gone a heartbeat?

I'm Lisa, known as Pinkiepie143 Resident in a online game known as Second Life. I have been in second life for 5 years. I'm very active and known in the second life community. I have a fashion blog that is very heavily followed with more than 1705549 views and a Flickr Account where I do photography for second life avatars as well as a small store on the marketplace. I play on an online football team that features a large football community. I have invested close to 24,000 USD if not more into second life. I have never once in the 5 years in second life had a problem. I have met the love of my life in second life, TroyBiere resident he has been a member of second life for the past four years, he has spent 10,000 if not more US dollars invested into the game. He’s a very active player. He has been a content creator, and a blogger. He’s extremely active in an in game Football community called the UFL. He helped start the beginnings of the football community and has participated in at least 10+ seasons, though we are not able to be together in person due to my career and him taking care of his mother but second life gave us the opportunity to spend every moment we were able to spend together. On June 29th My boyfriend's account TroyBiere Resident was hacked, his password and email were changed and his whole inventory was deleted in the game. Linden labs reissued his account but gave him nothing but problems putting him on and off hold after reissuing his account and eventually banning his account entirely for violating terms of service. No warning, no explanation. Linden labs did not want to hear anything he had to say about the issue. I let Troy borrow my alternative account so no one would know it was him and avoid being hacked not to mention the recurring problems because we believe someone in the game was targeting him and trying to get him in trouble. I wanted to help him because linden labs refused to. I was not warned nor was I aware I wasn’t allowed to lend out accounts. I would of discontinued lending my account if i knew 24,000 US dollars I’ve invested and an inventory of 233,726 items not including the no copy items I had boxed and laid out on two of the lands I had rented would be at stake. Linden labs support has refused to answer any questions regarding our accounts and asks us to send a support ticket that they don't reply back to. I understand that I broke the terms of service, but I wouldn't have done such had I known it was breaking the rules or if it would cause me to lose a 24,000 dollar investment. I could see it, if we were habitual offenders. If we caused all kinds of problems. But we are upstanding players, who are creative and active and give back to our fellow players. We would just like to get our accounts back. We would like them to at least listen to us. We have many people that will speak on our behalf regarding our character and our morals. We are not people that would willingly or knowingly violate a term of service.
