By signing this petition we are stating our opposition to the proposal 16-0186, the development of 3 18 story residential building at 2660 Croydon Drive South Surrey BC.

The infrastructure of better roads, education and transportation needs to come before massive residential areas are added. The Elementary school, Sunnyside is already bursting at the seams. The corner of 28th and 156th is a dangerous single lane 4 way stop, street parking is tight and not readily available, and no public transportation comes to this area.

Please continue with the original plan of the business park and light industry.
