Squatter Reform Act - HB 1017 is a huge win in this big unbelievable battle!  

 The bill reads that it would increase penalties for squatters and help speed up the time frame to get criminals out your property. This should apply to land and homes but I will post an update once there is more to disclose. 

I'm very excited and proud of our lawmakers for backing tax paying citizens!
