I believe there is a real need for sexual harassment awareness in the library profession.  For thorough training and positive and open dialogue.  For ongoing education on the local, regional, and national level.  No one deserves sexual harassment and safety of library employees should be the number one priority.  Sexual harassment awareness should be treated just as seriously as intellectual freedom.
