Assunto: Condições Obrigatórias para o Cessar-Fogo: A Libertação de 10.000 Prisioneiros e o Desmantelamento do Sistema Legal Necropolítico Israelense.
 
Distintas Autoridades e Negociadores, dirijo-me a vocês como Ufóloga e Cientista Social, filha da diáspora palestina e pesquisadora de Sociopatia Estatal e Necropolítica. À medida que o cenário militar e político atual chega a um ponto crítico, apresento esta solicitação formal para garantir que os seguintes pontos sejam condições absolutas e inegociáveis em qualquer acordo de cessar-fogo ou solução diplomática. Israel não opera como um Estado convencional; opera como uma estrutura de apartheid e sociopatia institucionalizada, sem qualquer consideração pelos outros. Portanto, as negociações não devem se basear em "boa-fé", mas em demandas inequívocas e na certeza de consequências imediatas.
 
Libertação Imediata dos 10.000 Prisioneiros Palestinos.
 
A libertação de todos os 10.000 palestinos atualmente detidos em prisões de ocupação deve ser a pedra angular de qualquer acordo. Esses indivíduos são vítimas de um sistema que utiliza tortura, violência sexual e a quebra sistemática de ossos para extrair confissões falsas. Com a recente aprovação de leis que permitem a forca e a execução de prisioneiros, sua remoção imediata desses "mundos da morte" é uma questão de sobrevivência.
 
Cessar-Fogo Real e Contínuo em Gaza.
 
Um cessar-fogo deve ser absoluto. Já vimos "tréguas" em que bombas continuaram a cair sobre famílias famintas em tendas. O cerco deve terminar, e a entrada irrestrita de alimentos e medicamentos deve ser garantida. O uso da fome como arma de guerra é uma marca da gestão necropolítica de Gaza que deve ser desmantelada imediatamente.
 
Invalidação das "Leis de Exceção" e dos Tribunais Militares.
O apartheid legal deve acabar. Exigimos:
 
A abolição da Detenção Administrativa (prisão sem acusação).
 
A anulação de todas as leis aplicadas exclusivamente aos palestinos, que contrastam com as leis civis aplicadas aos judeus.
 
A transferência de todos os assuntos legais palestinos dos Tribunais Militares para a Jurisdição Civil. Julgar civis em tribunais militares é uma violação de todo princípio ético universal (Kant).
 
Impunidade Institucionalizada e Estupro Patrocinado pelo Estado.
 
O mundo deve reconhecer que o Estado israelense concedeu efetivamente uma "licença para estuprar". No recente caso de estupro coletivo de um jovem palestino — que só se tornou público devido a imagens vazadas —, os perpetradores não foram punidos. Em vez disso, suas sentenças foram anuladas, e eles foram reintegrados a seus postos. Isso prova que, no sistema israelense, a violência sexual contra palestinos é tratada como um "ato patriótico". Qualquer acordo deve exigir a remoção permanente e o processo desses criminosos de guerra, além de supervisão internacional para deter os milhares de estupros ocorrendo nas trevas dessas prisões.
 
Proteção Contra Retaliação de Colonos e "Segunda Nakba".
 
As negociações devem incluir garantias vinculantes de que colonos e forças militares não entrarão em casas ou cidades palestinas para re prender ou sequestrar membros de famílias como "substitutos" pelos libertados. A atual onda de terrorismo de colonos — incluindo invasões mascaradas e ameaças de estupro em massa — é uma clara tentativa de provocar uma Segunda Nakba. Isso deve ser enfrentado com um dissuasor firme.
 
A Linguagem das Consequências.
 
Deve ser explicitamente declarado que qualquer violação desses termos — qualquer retomada de bombardeios, re prisão de um prisioneiro libertado ou incursão de colonos — resultará em retaliação militar imediata e direcionada. A República Islâmica deve esclarecer que aqueles que infringirem o acordo serão localizados, e mísseis alcançarão suas residências. Não haverá aceitação de "acidentes" ou "erros". A era da impunidade israelense deve terminar aqui.
 
Fundamentação Acadêmica e Baseada em Evidências.
 
Anexado a este apelo está o Resumo e a Introdução da minha pesquisa, que detalha o tripé legal do apartheid israelense e a natureza sociopática do Estado. Essa pesquisa prova que a demonização do povo árabe é uma ferramenta calculada para roubar terras e apagar a cultura islâmica. Confiamos que os negociadores iranianos levarão as vozes desses 10.000 prisioneiros e das famílias famintas de Gaza ao centro das negociações.

Formal Diplomatic and National Security Appeal  To The Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Supreme National Security Council of the Islamic Republic of Iran

Subject: Mandatory Conditions for Ceasefire: The Liberation of 10,000 Prisoners and the Dismantling of the Israeli Necropolitical Legal System.

Distinguished Authorities and Negotiators, I write to you as a Ufologist and Social Scientist, a daughter of the Palestinian diaspora, and a researcher of State Sociopathy and Necropolitics. As the current military and political scenario reaches a critical juncture, I submit this formal request to ensure that the following points are made absolute, non-negotiable conditions in any ceasefire agreement or diplomatic settlement. Israel does not operate as a conventional state; it operates as a structure of apartheid and institutionalized sociopathy, witout any consideration to others. Therefore, negotiations must not be based on "good faith," but on unambiguous demands and the certainty of immediate consequences.

1. Immediate Release of the 10,000 Palestinian Prisoners. 

The release of all 10,000 Palestinians currently held in occupation prisons must be the cornerstone of any agreement. These individuals are victims of a system that uses torture, sexual violence, and the systematic breaking of bones to extract false confessions. With the recent approval of laws allowing the hanging and execution of prisoners, their immediate removal from these "death worlds" is a matter of survival.

2. Real and Continuous Ceasefire in Gaza.

A ceasefire must be absolute. We have seen "truces" where bombs continued to fall on starving families in tents. The siege must end, and the unrestricted entry of food and medicine must be guaranteed. The use of starvation as a weapon of war is a hallmark of the Necropolitical management of Gaza that must be dismantled immediately.

3. Invalidation of "Laws of Exception" and Military CourtsThe legal apartheid must end. We demand:

The abolition of Administrative Detention (imprisonment without charge).

The nullification of all laws applied exclusively to Palestinians, which contrast with the civil laws applied to Jews.

The transfer of all Palestinian legal matters from Military Courts to Civil Jurisdiction. Judging civilians in military courts is a violation of every universal ethical principle (Kant).

3. Institutionalized Impunity and State-Sanctioned Rape.

The world must acknowledge that the Israeli state has effectively granted a "license to rape." In the recent case involving the gang-rape of a Palestinian youth—which only became public due to leaked footage—the perpetrators were not punished. Instead, their sentences were annulled, and they were reinstated into their positions.This proves that in the Israeli system, sexual violence against Palestinians is treated as a "patriotic act." Any agreement must demand the permanent removal and prosecution of these war criminals and international oversight to stop the thousands of rapes occurring in the darkness of these prisons.

4. Protection Against Settler Retaliation and "Second Nakba."

Negotiations must include binding guarantees that settlers and military forces will not enter Palestinian homes or cities to re-arrest or kidnap family members as "replacements" for those released. The current wave of settler terrorism—including masked invasions and threats of mass rape—is a clear attempt to provoke a Second Nakba. This must be met with a firm deterrent.

5. The Language of Consequences.

It must be explicitly stated that any violation of these terms—any resumed bombing, any re-arrest of a released prisoner, or any settler incursion—will result in immediate and targeted military retaliation. The Islamic Republic must clarify that those who infringe upon the agreement will be located, and missiles will reach their residences. There will be no acceptance of "accidents" or "errors." The era of Israeli impunity must end here.

6. Academic and Evidence-Based Foundation.

Attached to this appeal is the Abstract and Introduction of my research, which details the legal tripod of Israeli apartheid and the sociopathic nature of the state. This research proves that the demonization of the Arab people is a calculated tool to steal land and erase Islamic culture. We trust that the Iranian negotiators will carry the voices of these 10,000 prisoners and the starving families of Gaza to the center of the negotiations.
