Good evening everyone. I will be handing in this petition at the next full council meeting on 27 February 2019. I need to give notice to the council by Tuesday 20 February 2019 and I will then be entitled to read the text of the petition to the mayor and councillors at the meeting before handing over a hard copy of the full list of signatories to the council. So can we see if we can smash the 5000 milestone before then?!!

I've also submitted a formal question, with several limbs, to be raised at the 27 Feb council meeting and I understand others have done so too. The council's responses to these questions will be published and provide a formal record.
