2026 Update

After 3 years of expensive legal fees to fight for the right to appeal Chris' visa cancellation, Chris lost his case in the Australian federal court, leaving us with no more options to have the decision overturned, without being able to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on Lawyers and court costs. 

Chris remains living in Ireland and the boys speak to him daily on video call. We have been able to meet Chris overseas so the boys can see their dad - they have been able to spend a week with him on 4 separate occasions over 4 years. Financially is difficult to make it any more often. But the boys look forward to seeing their dad again soon. For now we live in hope that something will change to enable us to continue to fight for Chris' right to return to Australia and help raise his sons.
