Federal Court application accepted.

Hello,

I just wanted to update all your lovely people who have taken time to read through our story and sign and share. 
I appreciate every last one of you guys. We have just filled to the the federal court with the case through our lawyers. I got an email today to say the court accepted the case. We have filled out a hardship form also to have the court fees dropped. Unfortunately everything else still stands and I’ve had to ask for loans from friends and apply to take out my superannuation to cover all costs. 
I added a photo of me with my sons Ryker and Diaz doing what we love best and being active and by the ocean. Amanda will take the boys to NZ to see my in the coming weeks. So happy!! 
I will update again when further information comes from the lawyers and we move to a new stage.
