The homeowners who are signing this petition are concerned about the Silver District West project, a large scale mix use development along State Street/Barrister Rd in Ashburn. The project will bring a lot of traffic to the already congested Ashburn area.  Homeowners are also concerned about safety that a dense development can bring with it.  There is a lot of concern that homeowners in surrounding communities have not been properly notified of the development and have not had enough time to voice concerns to appropriate county officials.  By signing this petition, homeowners ask that the development be put on hold until appropriate measures are taken to properly educate and address the neighboring homeowner concerns.
