Ying a Murray Bridge mother of three is facing removal from Australia within weeks, April 12th 2026 to be exact following a decision by the Department of Home Affairs regarding incorrect information on a past visa application.

According to reports, the department considers this a breach and has determined she misled them, which has led to the decision for her to leave Australia.

This comes after more than 12 years of her living, working, and raising her family here in Australia where her three young children were born and have grown up.

While mistakes have been identified in her application, this situation raises an important question:

Is it necessary to separate a family after so many years, when their entire life has been built here?

Her lawyer has stated they are seeking compassionate consideration for a partnership visa so she can remain with her family.

This petition is not about disputing the decision  it’s about asking for compassion, especially for the sake of her children.

Over 1,000 people have already signed in support.

Let’s stand together as a community and support this family ❤️
