The federal government has three choices;

1. Start using the BoC as per the Bank of Canada Act, see point “J” on the home page above;

2. Start forgiving debt through a « debt jubilee » or,

3. Debt crisis as we are seeing emerge worldwide via the likes of the “Yellow Jackets”.
