Based on Morneau's comment regarding the e-petition below, he is either "incompetent" or a "useful idiot", he thinks that more debt is the answer to all our economic woes, maybe for his friends but certainly not for you and me and 99.9% of Canadians. Knowing that the Bank of Canada saved our ancestors from the Great Depression, of course he must know better, not.
