Our BoC is publicly owned, it was nationalized in 1934, this is what Russia is trying to do by nationalizing the Rothschild Central Bank in Russia. If you have been following the BoC case and now CETA, it should become clear that we are all being manipulated by the same thugs, Rothschild's and their agents like the Rockefeller's at the US Federal Reserve (Fed).
