New report out... What's Age Got to Do With It

This 38 page scholarly report, by Per Capita's Philip Taylor and Warwick Smith, takes the long view that the casualisation of Australia's workforce may be a ticking time bomb for older workers in the future. It suggests that those of you who around 50 ish might be the "canary in the coal mine" for younger people ageing in a digital economy. Somehow, I feel like a canary down a very deep mine. What about you? That's why we need to fight on to end job ageism and aim for employment for all, based on the skills and experience required to do the job .
