We definitely need more positive changes to legislation to increase owners and especially renters' rights to have pets with them as pet's are also part of our family and we can't and shouldn't abandoned them because of some silly excuses and uncompassionate people.
The state government must plans this necessary changes should be made in our LEGISLATION for the well-beings of our mercy full precious voiceless babies everywhere, changes similar to these in other states must be brought in too.
