Let's return Dragoon to where it belongs!

O problema

As everyone knows, Red Eyes Dark Dragoon is a card from the Red Eyes archetype, right? NO, this card named "Red Eyes" is a Dark Magician card, due to the requirement for the fusion of the cards: "Dark Magician" + "Red-Eyes Black Dragon" or "1 Dragon Effect Monster."

This makes DM necessary for the fusion, but what does that mean?

It means it's a dead card in a pure red-eyes deck, so much so that most decks don't include it in their formation. How can we fix this and return this card to where it belongs? Change the fusion materials.

And that is the proposal, to change to:

"Red-Eyes Black Dragon" + "Dark Magician" or "1 Mage Effect Monster."

This way, we return support to the red-eyes deck (which no longer has the best support).
