City of Detroit Housing + Revitalization Department + developer Woodborn Partners still want to hear from YOU about their plan to demolish the oldest house in our federal historic district to erect a huge building that will overwhelm our parking, accessways, sewer/storm drains and ignores zoning requirements for setbacks and green space.
