Hello guys! I hope you all are doing well! Major update!

So, for some of you who are not aware, our Soul Eater creator "Atsushi Ōkubo," has created a new Manga series called "Fire Force!" It started back in 2015 and still ongoing as of now! And let me tell ya, it's freaking awesome! Definitely worth a read! Especially for us Soul Eater fans! I haven't gotten too far into the Manga sadly, I'm only on Chapter 3, but I can still say, I'm having fun reading it! And not just me. Many Manga readers are really enjoying Atsushi Ōkubo's Fire Force. It's becoming REALLY popular! What's even better, Atsushi Ōkubo's Fire Force Manga series is going to be adapted into an anime on July 5th 2019! And it will be animated by, not Studio Bones, but a studio called "David Production." This shocked many people that Studio Bones were not responsible for the Fire Force Anime. Especially considering that they've done Atsushi Ōkubo's previous work: Soul Eater of course, and it's prequel series, Soul Eater NOT. So, why didn't Bones take this offer? Well supposedly, Bones is too busy in the middle of finishing My Hero Academia. Which I can understand. With that being said, if you don't wanna read the Manga, then I hope you guys can check out the anime when it arrives! It looks promising! Hopefully it'll become a huge success just like the Manga!

Now, most of you might be asking: Isn't this petition about bringing back Soul Eater? Why am I mentioning Fire Force? Well, Fire Force's anime...MIGHT actually be the ticket and our guide on getting the return of Soul Eater back! How so? Well, if the Fire Force anime is just as successful as the Manga, ESPECIALLY if the anime sticks with the Manga towards the end, this might encourage even more Soul Eater fans to ask them to bring back Soul Eater! After watching Fire Force's anime and how closely they stick with the Manga (hopefully), it will prove and increase our chances with the other Soul Eater fans, that Soul Eater's anime reboot following the Manga, can be done right too! Hopefully David Production won't mind delivering it to us! 

Now, just to nit-pick for a little bit lol "I" would prefer if Studio Bones would do the reboot instead. After all, as I mentioned before, they've done Atsushi Ōkubo's previous Soul Eater work before, which also means they're already familiar with it. And not to mention it again, but after seeing what Bones could do with Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, showing us how wonderfully they can follow the original source material, I would LOVE to see them do that again, but with Soul Eater! But if David Production can prove to us that they can follow Fire Force's Manga just as good, I wouldn't mind if they did the Soul Eater reboot either!

In the end it doesn't matter who does it (laughs), as long as we get this Soul Eater reboot that follows the Manga, that's all that matters! In conclusion, if you're enjoying the Fire Force Manga and end up enjoying the anime too, then I hope you can support it as much as you can! The more we support Fire Forces Manga and Anime, it could actually increase Atsushi Ōkubo's popularity! If the fanbase is big and strong enough by the end, we'll get what we want! If Fire Force doesn't interest you, then that's completely fine! Just continue to support the Soul Eater petition!
