My heart goes out to you all who have also had to deal with corruption in CPS and DCFS cases. 
The courts should be public and have a jury. That to me is one of the most important reforms that need to happen. That way most families get their kids back right at the detention hearing if their child was taken without actual reason. Attorneys should not be able to act corrupt either and court-appointed attorneys should be having an oversight committee. 
DCFS should be having an oversight committee with cases being reviewed and watched so that they cannot get away with lying. CASA should be for families, parents and children together. And foster caregivers should be having a committee of parents and social workers with an oversight committee. And if they are not participating in reunification and work with the parents they should immediately be disqualified and their foster licenses taken. This is not supposed to be a baby or kid’s store where you can buy kids and steal them from loving and caring parents. So much more…it is a very broken system.
