Hi there Free the Flag supporters!

This is a super quick note from us to give you the heads up that we have changed over the name of this petition from Spark Health to Clothing The Gaps.

Just before we received our first cease and desist from WAM Clothing for the use of the Aboriginal Flag, we received a letter of opposition to the trade mark application of our name, Clothing The Gap, from US clothing store, GAP Inc. 

After a two year legal dispute with GAP and appearing in the Trade Marks Tribunal (where we were unsuccessful) we have reached a settlement with GAP that includes re-branding to Clothing The Gaps and no longer selling stock featuring 'Clothing The Gap' by the 31st July.
