“We are thoroughly delighted that Ministers Burke and Matt Thistlethwaite have granted the family a PR visa. They are a family who deserve to be resident here as they are working in essential skill industries. Christin is an ED nurse in a regional area. That is a position that is essential yet difficult to fill locally. It highlights that our focus in this country of “productive diversity”, something I have worked with for many years is good for Australia. And Disability should never be an exclusion to human rights.
