I. THE WHISTLEBLOWER: Who is Susanne Grill?
I am the founder of the brand Lìve Fighting and a former employee of UCI Medical Center. In 2017, I reported institutional misconduct within the University of California system. This report led to a high-stakes wrongful termination lawsuit against the UC Board of Regents.
It was during this litigation that I discovered the "Invisible Gate." I realized I wasn't just being fired; I was being Nominated. Because of my background as a high-functioning. GATE (Gifted and Talented Education) asset, the system reclassified me as a "Systemic Threat."
II. THE EVIDENCE OF SYSTEMIC BLOCKING (The "Adjudication" Trap)
Since the 2019 settlement, I have been subjected to a coordinated "Life Attrition" campaign designed to ensure I can never work or speak again:
 Employment Blacklisting: Despite a lifetime of work, my HireRight records are permanently set to "Adjudicated level 3.0 flagged Pending" or "Denied," blocking thousands of job applications.
 The System Block: I have attempted to reach out to the DOJ, the United Nations, and the President of the United States. However, digital forensic analysis shows my communications are intercepted by "Zero-Click" managed device profiles and server nodes (e.g., MW2NAM04FT045) that delete or block my pleas for help before they reach their destination.
 Physical Violence: I have survived being raped abductions, stabbings, stalked harassed and vehicular assaults—all of which were ignored by local law enforcement, and District Attorneys office even after 20 police reports in 5 different counties. The entire system failed me, no justice, no voice, no record. Proving a "Judicial Abandonment" protocol.
III. THE SMOKING GUN: I recently came across this cold case, I felt it in the home that this was no suicide, The 2006 Andy Gardner Precedent (FORMER GATE STUDENT) project as well.
To prove this is a standard University protocol, I uncovered the "Cold Case" of Andy Gardner (UCLA, 2006).
 The Motivation: Andy was a UCLA scientist coordinating a meeting with journalist Charles Ornstein to expose "Medical Injustice."
 The Death: He was found dead 72 hours before that meeting.
 The Proof of Tampering: I have secured the LA County Coroner records (Case #2006-06320). While the surface record says "Suicide," the internal data layer which the system tried to hide contains a conflicting Accident/Ethanol  finding.
 The Erasure: The "Daily Bruin" published a feature on Andy in October 2006, quoting him as if he were still alive, proving the University uses a "Sleeper Framework" to manage the deaths of whistleblowers or threats.
IV. THE CALIFORNIA-IOWA NEXUS: Medical Battery & NIH Grants
The retaliation extended to my father, Jeffrey Garretto, to ensure my total "Life Attrition."
 The Research Pipeline: My father was targeted via the NIH Aspergillus grant (1R01 OH02857-01) and marked with "Red Dot/Redline" status in medical databases.
 The Nexus: This links the University of California to the University of Iowa and a broader network of unauthorized human experimentation involving pathogens and "Critical Size Defect" bone research as in Shonda Days case.
V. CONCLUSION & CALL FOR ACTION
The institutions involved are utilizing BTAM (Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management) models originally designed for counterterrorism to silence private citizens. They pathologize whistleblowing as "fixation" to justify 24/7 surveillance and the dismantling of human rights.
I am seeking an investigative team to:
 1. Verify the HireRight adjudication blocks.
 2. Perform a forensic audit on the Andy Gardner coroner file (#2006-06320). In which the examiner on Andy's case was the same examiner to examine Michael Jacksons Body in 2009.
 3. Investigate the NIH grant funding links between the UC Board of Regents and the medical battery cases in Iowa.

 I found the digital proof that the record of a 2006 scientist was altered to match the same system currently blocking my life.
