S.B. 749, the senate version of the bill to free all our state universities to offer PhDs, is currently being discussed in the Select Committee on Empowering Missouri Parents and Children (https://www.senate.mo.gov/24info/bts_web/Bill.aspx?SessionType=R&BillID=37 / https://www.senate.mo.gov/Committees/CommitteeDetails/82 

We need everyone to email the committee members below and urge them to vote Yes on S.B. 749! Tell them why this is important (fairness, free choice, ending monopoly, more students for the state, and so on). You can use language on this petition to help craft your message, if needed: https://www.change.org/p/let-mo-universities-offer-phds (note that signing does NOT send a message to these specific folks; you must send an email directly).
