Dear Supporters,

We've gone GLOBAL! Imagine my surprise when I wake up to a supportive email from the U.S! More on that next week.

I want to thank each and every one of you for standing with me in calling for an NHS Employment Ombudsman, a system that finally brings fairness, transparency, and accountability to how staff are treated across our health service.

Since launching the petition, we’ve seen incredible bravery from NHS staff, unions, patient advocates, and equality leaders. Every signature, share, and conversation has moved us closer to the change we need: a workplace culture where bullying, discrimination, and whistleblower retaliation are no longer tolerated.

Disabled staff, ethnic-minority colleagues, and LGBTQIA+ workers continue to experience disproportionate harm, while legal costs and silence drain the very resources that should support patient care. The Ombudsman would change that by offering independent oversight, early intervention, and justice without "NHS- induced" fear.
