Thank you so much for signing the petition and helping spread the word. We've updated the petition verbiage to hone in more clearly on exactly what the core of the issue is:

Epic Games is essentially forcing developers of non-C++ technologies, technologies that generate revenue and profit share for Epic Games, to relinquish patent rights and provide their solutions for free.

Epic Games gets the full revenue share and community benefit of the technologies while the developers are forced to literally give up their inventions for Epic Games' profit and benefit.

We hope these updates to the petition more clearly articulate how unfair the terms are for supposedly open-source software!

Please help us and spread the word further to others. Epic Games publicly accuses other tech companies of abusing their power and reach while themselves employing such clauses!
