Hello everyone! Thank you so much for all your support so far. We’re making great progress in spreading awareness for our cause. I’d like to share with all of you a few exciting updates:

1. Our movement has been featured in the Long Beach Post! Read the article here!

2. We created a Linktree, which provides instant access to all our most current resources. (Check it out here.) From the Linktree, you can do things like:

 - Sign this petition

 - Take our student survey

 - Send a pre-written email to a Long Beach official, CSULB administrator, or local news outlet

 - Join our Discord server or follow us on social media

3. We designed flyers with the message “LET ’23 WALK” and a QR code to our Linktree. With the help of many of you, we quickly raised the money on gofund.me to order a whopping 1,000 flyers. Yesterday, we picked them up! 

4. We have scheduled a meeting for next week with the CSULB Associate VP of student affairs.

We couldn’t have gotten this far without all of you supporting us. Our sincerest thanks goes to all of you, who have taken the time to sign this petition and share it with others. We hope to continue rapidly making progress in the coming weeks, and I will definitely keep you all updated.
