...totally ignored you and 18,900 other people who signed our petition asking them to represent disability in their products for 150 million disabled kids worldwide. There are 4 billion Lego mini-figures on the planet (there's probably one or two fluff-covered ones down the back of your sofa) and not a single one with a wheelchair or a disability!
If petitioning doesn't work, there's always another way, but we need your help!
Please, please, down-on-bended-knees-please, click this link https://ideas.lego.com/projects/121896 and press the SUPPORT button to VOTE for our Wheelie Santa Grotto. You will be asked to create a Lego login. It's a faff but nothing in life comes easy right? Together we can make real change. If we get 10k votes then Lego will be forced to take notice and will put this design through to their development team for consideration.
Let’s put some wheelchair vroom vroom in the toy box for Christmas and help generations of kids (both with and without disabilities), grow up with a more positive attitude to human difference. There are 150 million kids with disabilities worldwide who never see themselves represented in Lego products. Let's make this the last Christmas. Next year can be better!
If Christmas Wands ‘n’ Wheels makes 10k votes we promise to don our white beards, wave our wands and do the conga up and down the Lego aisle of Toys R Us to celebrate! We'll be chucking bricks around like confetti and doing a skippedy yippedy dance for days!
Thank you from the bottom of our playful hearts,
#ToyLikeMe
