Many comments on my FB page go to the need for police, and how criminal people are. Regardless of the crime, there are too many deaths from police abuse, and black lives are the targets. Now, police are certified, not licensed. Licensed means that complaints go to a licensing board, rather than the locals, and if a licensed is revoked, the officer is not allowed to be an officer anywhere in the state. Certifications are not revocable. A licensing board issues a code of conduct, a certification board does not. A certified officer terminated for abuse by a local department goes to work for another department. A licensed officer whose license is revoked may not work anywhere in Pennsylvania. Please consider sharing the petition for others to sign on your social media, or hand out leaflets, as I do when I go out.  Tank you for your support.
