Conservation officers are not charging us with anything but good ole elkhart county and the city of nappanee took it upon themselves to charge us with hunting of a migratory bird. This is wrong. I have emailed the mayor and encourage anyone that has a minute to email governor Holcomb.  I still havent heard anything on where goosey is.
