Dear everyone, 

Please share and sign this petition. If you have already signed it, I thank you very much from the bottom of my heart. This means alot to me, it has been a stressful few months for my husband and I trying to figure out how we would want to facilitate the relocation of our cats from the US into Singapore where I live in a HDB flat & unfortunately, HDB has made it illegal for HDB homeowners to own cats. I have tried a Pet Relocater Service but was stopped halfway as they told me that it is illegal for cats to be in HDB flats and told me to provide a private property address instead which is something really unrealistic as I only own one home and don't know of anyone who would be able to house me and my cats for a long period of time. Therefore, I have resorted in starting this petition to hopefully change the rules of having cats in HDB and to also make it easier for people in the future who are coming back home to Singapore with their feline friends to be able to go back to their HDB homes without being stressed, having anxiety, feeling worried or fall into depression.
