Happy to report that it was decided tonight that Dell Prairie will have a nonbinding referendum on the November ballot about allowing ATV/UTVs on town roads.

The main concern is with lack of enforcement and the lack of available country resources to that end. But they seem willing to move forward on this if there is strong support. They’re just being prudent and taking their responsibility seriously.

Note that because it is essentially just an official town poll, it is not necessarily the case that a simple majority means this will be enacted. So if this matters to you, put it on your calendar.
