Legalise e scooters

So been couple of weeks and 103 signed so far I'm hoping this gets the attention it needs as I think it's sickening councils can hire for profit with insurance but we can't insure publicly ourselves another money making scheme for the well off if used by the right age I highly think it will help the environment and people to be free
