It is clear that the authorities of the United Kingdom have failed their first and primal job of governance, protecting its civilians and reducing crime and foreign threats. 

We must reform our laws in self defence, as well as the options given to civilians to protect themselves. Every day, innocent people suffer at the hands of intimidating thugs and gangs with no way to protect themselves. 

Pepper spray will help those in situations when the police, and others are not there to help.
