It has been a while since I posted an update, mainly because the Cannabis Control Bill has been passed, amended, assented to... and  it seemed that it was on its way to becoming law. But no. The Government - more specifically, the Cabinet, has not indicated to the President that she can go ahead and proclaim it. And until they tell her to, it remains just another bill - with no power.

In the meantime, our farmers and growers are crying out for support and permission to create a profitable cannabis industry that can bring in much-needed revenue. So many farmers are investing in the herb, in the hope  that they will get return on their investments.
