I had hoped that the President would use her powers - of persuasion, if nothing else - to help those in urgent need of cannabis oil for cancer and other critical conditions by imploring the Minister of Health and/or Parliament to enforce existing laws that allow access to cannabis for medical purposes. The President has indicated that she is unable to receive me.

We go forward in faith still, sure that natural justice will prevail.
