The head of the CARICOM's appointed Regional Commission on Marijuana, Professor Rose Marie Belle Antoine, has said that Trinidad and Tobago was supposed to be the first country where its national consultations would be held, but the Government said it was "not ready". The Commission held its first consultation in St Vincent last Wednesday. Professor Antoine says she does not know when one will be held here.
