One small step for ganja, one giant leap for mankind - hopefully! Local NGO C420 has obtained documents from the Ministry of Health under the Freedom of Information Act which show clearly that licences have been given out since 2003 for ganja, cocaine and opium to be imported into Trinidad and Tobago by entities including a foreign diplomat... We hope, in the coming days, to see the current Minister of Health address the issue of these secret licences, and write the regulations to allow citizens of our country to be issued with licences so that they may grow their own medicine.
