Attacks on emergency  vehicles and personnel are rising. (NHS,police,fire,paramedics).

There should be a specific ,named offence for these attacks (including any sort of abuse ..be it verbal,physical or hoaxes).

Such offences should be categorised as a specific offence and carry a fixed automatic penalty...whether it be a fine or custodial sentence
