We appreciate every one of you that has added your name to this petition. 

This situation has been so much to navigate and ruminate on. Being up against bullies and bureaucracy can feel really darn heavy.

It means so much to our family to see each name added to the list and we are ever so grateful. You lift us up to keep going forward. 

Really though, the only way past it is through it at this point. 

As October 21st draws ever nearer, we stand ready to advocate for our rights and the history of the property.

We have submitted a 200 page statement, timeline and evidence package which comes to 372 pages including the highlighted copy of the Niagara Escarpment Plan.

You have already helped us show that this case has eyes watching and people are praying attention to how this plays out.

All we ask is for fair and just review with accountability 

I am ready to speak to the merits of the evidence and how the history fits into the planning picture.
