The planning application still has to be presented before the Leeds City Council (City Plans Panel) committee members next Thursday, February 11th 2021 at 1:30pm 

If it's the planning application is refused next week by the committee, we suspect Leeds Bradford Airport would have a very strong legal case to appeal the decision.
