The Queensland Environment Department has told The Fraser Coast Fishing Alliance Inc. we can expect to see the Decision RIS and FINAL plan for the Great Sandy Marine Park released "Mid-Year" - we hope that is "this year" .....

The delay is apparently due to the number of submissions received in response to the DRAFT Plan released in September 2022...

We NEED the Review of the Great Sandy Marine Park COMPLETED THIS YEAR and legislated as soon as possible!
