Hi Everyone,

First and foremost, I wanted to thank everyone who signed, shared, talked about, posted and messaged me in support of this. Your support is invaluable and together, I believe, we can make our voices heard. 

For existing League 1 players/coaches, I have a small request.  I will be writing a letter to the league and I think it would be powerful for them to hear from lots of existing players/coaches.  If you wish to contribute please email me a copy to cat.rogers11@gmail.com.  I'm thinking mention what League 1 means to you, how this rule is impacting you this year and how it impacting your decision to play next year / hang up the boots/ change leagues.  Would be nice to hear from some"young" players as well, or those turning 23 next year. If you wish to stay anonymous I will absolutely protect your identity.  Lastly at the bottom of your email let me know if I have permission to repost, quote them, things of this nature etc. or if they are for my and the leagues eyes only.

Also open to any suggestions anyone may have.
