Apology accepted. My war against Lazada is now over. Lazada Philippines told me via email that they have a charity program to help the people in these difficult times like the pandemic and calamities. Also they issued a apology to the public after I filed a complaint to DTI. I would like to say thanks for your cooperation and giving a time to solve this issue.
