Far longer than my scholarly concern with one of James's students, Mary Whiton Calkins's cousins have been in this fight to see Mary Whiton Calkins's doctorate bestowed upon her. I'm pleased to announce that the Calkins Family Association will share with its members our petition as well as coordinate future plans of letter writing, e-mailing, and petitioning. Together we are stronger.  

In the past, Nanette's group have sent petitions to one of the past president of Harvard Dr. Catherine Faust, the first woman to lead Harvard as a President. Nanette heard nothing back. The CFA has sent letters, petitions, and called the Harvard Crimson. Efforts to reach Dr. Bacow have been enacted. Harvard is still giving her the run around. 

I have had some amicable contact with Dr. Banaji, the Chair of Psychology at Harvard, but no specifics were offered.
