The LSK Council has decided to approve all persons who submitted nomination papers for JSC representative without vetting them in accordance with the law. Council must urgently review and set aside this decision, and conduct a proper and lawful vetting of nominees for JSC Representative in accordance with the law and with a view to upholding rule of law and constitutionalism.
