At present in India, 

Under 'The Criminal Law (Amendment) Ordinance, 2013' Section 354A 

Rigorous imprisonment up to three years, or with fine, or with both in case of offence described in clauses (i), (ii) or (iii)Imprisonment up to one year, or with fine, or with both in other cases.

Only protects women. Provisions are:i)physical contact and advances involving unwelcome and explicit sexual overtures; or
ii)a demand or request for sexual favours; or
iii)forcibly showing pornographys; or
iii)making sexually coloured remark; or
iv)any other unwelcome physical, verbal or non-verbal conduct of sexual nature.

Is just prison for upto 3 years enough?? Then what about the entire life of that women? Rules should create fear among criminals, they should fear for even thinking of doing such things. Our rules our like motivating them to do the same mistake again and again, just 3 years big deal.. until these rules change we cannot stop sexual harassment, let's put a full stop for all this... Today you might be safe, your sisters, wife's might be be safe but tomorrow? Day after? Think...

 And in India life time( that is actually 14yrs) and death sentence in veryyyy extreme cases
